Coffeyville Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce Jessica Trotter as the November 2020 BEE Honoree. Trotter, nominated by patient Marvin Pittman, was recognized Wednesday morning for going above and beyond and keeping a family updated during a loved one’s visit.
“Hospitalizations are difficult as you cannot see loved ones,” said Pittman. “I was out of sorts for many days and she called my wife to keep her updated not daily but after every visit to my room. She is a true blessing.”
The BEE (Being Exceptional Everyday) Award honors and recognizes team members outside of nursing who go Beyond Exceptional Expectations. These team members provide extraordinary experiences for our patients, their families and visitors by exemplifying quality service and extraordinary care.
