About Us

Amy Taylor is the Director of Foundation and Guest Relations.

Amy has 30 years of experience in marketing and advertising, which includes 25 years as the owner of Grass Roots Design Group in Independence. The company, founded by Taylor, served more than 1400 individuals and businesses across southeast Kansas and beyond.  A native of Chase County, Kansas, Amy has a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism from the University of Kansas. She got her start in marketing and advertising at The Miami County Republic in Paola, Kan., and later at The Montgomery County Chronicle with offices in Independence, Cherryvale, and Caney.

 She has served in multiple organizations in Montgomery County, including the USD 446 Foundation Board of Directors, the Independence High School Band Boosters, Chapter FP PEO, Valley Victors 4-H Club as a community leader, Independence Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and the Big Brothers Big Sisters Board of Directors.

 Amy and her husband, Andy, reside in Independence. They are the parents of a daughter, Lillie, who will be a sophomore at the University of Central Oklahoma. In her free time, Amy enjoys gardening, sewing and traveling to watch Lillie’s musical theatre performances.

Yes. The Coffeyville Regional Medical Center Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization and as such, your contributions are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.

Yes. You may direct your gift to any of the areas listed in the drop-down medical service menu on the hospital homepage. Please provide the area you wish to donate to in the comment box of the online donation form. If the area you wish to support is not included in that list, please call us at (620)252-1659 for additional information.

You may call the Foundation office to see if your donation has been received. It is our policy, once a donation has been received, to send a notification letter to you for your tax records within 5-7 business days.

The Foundation offices are located in Coffeyville Regional Medical Center at 1400 W. Fourth St. in Coffeyville, Kansas.

If you would like to receive credit for the donation, please bring the item to the Foundation office along with a receipt of purchase or a quote on the fair market value of the item. If you cannot bring it to the office, please contact us at (620)252-1659 to make other arrangements.
