Women & Wellness presents Take 3 For Me – a health and wellness educational program designed to help you optimize your health, energy, and well-being. Through a series of 3, three-week sessions, participants will understand their current health status, make a plan for the future, and gain the necessary education and knowledge to make better – healthier – choices. The program begins with a health screening. Participants will get this done prior to the first class.
