Coffeyville Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce the addition of Joshua Wyckstandt, MD, internal medicine physician, to our medical staff.
Dr. Wyckstandt received his undergraduate from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, and his medical degree from the KU School of Medicine – Wichita. He completed his residency through the KU School of Medicine upon completing a Rural Rotation at CRMC in June of this year.
As of August 1, 2016, Dr. Wyckstandt has joined Anne Hoggsett, MD as a full time hospitalist at CRMC. Unlike a primary care physicians who has an outpatient medical practice, a hospitalist is a physician who specializes in caring for patients who are admitted to the hospital. Hospitalists consult with your primary care physician, maintaining a regular communication with them during your stay.
