Logan & Flanders Receive the Stephen Ellis Memorial Scholarship

The Coffeyville Regional Medical Center Foundation was proud to award Field Kindley High School students Jakiia Logan and Breanna Flanders the Stephen Ellis Memorial Scholarship for the 2021-22 academic year.  These students excelled academically and both indicated a desire to serve in the medical field caring for others.

The Dr. Stephen Ellis Memorial Scholarship was established in 1985 through gifts made by Dr. Ellis’s friends, family, and colleagues to honor his memory.  Dr. Ellis was a long-time Coffeyville physician who dedicated his life to enhancing the status of the health and education of the people of Coffeyville.  Through this memorial scholarship, the giving spirit Dr. Ellis continues to provide care for the people of Coffeyville.

This scholarship is awarded each year to Field Kindley High School students who excel academically and are seeking a career in healthcare.

The Coffeyville Regional Medical Center (CRMC) Foundation operates as a separate 501©3 corporation.  The mission of the organization is to provide financial support and assistance to the hospital so that they may achieve and maintain excellence as a healthcare provider and leader for the communities that we serve.
