Coffeyville, Kansas – November 17, 2017 – To formally thank Representative Jim Kelly for his support of health care issues during the 2017 Kansas legislative session, Coffeyville Regional Medical Center hosted a special luncheon event on Friday, November 17 at the hospital.
On every high-priority, health care issue addressed during the 2017 Kansas legislative session, Representative Kelly voted in support of the health of our community. Such legislative issues included KanCare reform and expansion, reversal of the 2016 Medicaid provider cuts, and the conceal carry exemption for public hospitals.
“We want Representative Kelly to know how much we, as health care providers, appreciate his support,” said Dr. Mark Woodring, CEO of CRMC. “We hope all our friends and neighbors in Coffeyville and surrounding communities will join us as we recognize Representative Kelly for his support of health care in Kansas and in our community.”
Members of the CRMC Foundation, CRMC Board of Director, CRMB Board of Trustees, and City of Coffeyville leaders joined in our appreciation luncheon in honor of Representative Kelly.
