Coffeyville Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce Veronica Clark as the June 2021 BEE Honoree. Clark, nominated by her fellow coworkers, was recognized Tuesday for her ‘thoughtfulness and caring’.
“Veronica went above and beyond to find answers to questions and help her teammates in every way possible during system issues and the interim period without a HIM Director. She was gracious, upbeat, caring and does her absolute best to get everything done, and take care of the team. Our Department was hit HARD during the outage — far more than anyone realizes; and we are still not back to regular working conditions. The last 3 months have been overwhelming to say the least and we are still playing catch up. Veronica has lead us, guided us and helped make the madness bearable. If there is a problem, she always tries her best to fix it or get down to the bottom of it. She is a hard worker and helps when and where needed! Veronica is a very sweet, considerate, and fun co-worker. She is very knowledgeable in what she does, and always willing to help others in our Department. She has worked at CRMC several years and is a very reliable and dependable employee. She organized everything when the system was down so that we would be able to locate charts etc. to be able to do our job without so much confusion. She delegated work so everyone knew who was doing what. I know we ran her crazy with all the questions and concerns but she always made time to help solve any problems or concerns we might have. She has worked extra hours and still fulfilled her obligations. She is definitely a good role model for this department. She is also a very kind, thoughtful and caring person.”
