Summary of Employee Benefits
HEALTH INSURANCE
Regular full-time employees are eligible for group health insurance coverage one calendar month after their hire date. Employees have the option of purchasing coverage that fits their needs. They can choose medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage for
their selves, or their whole family.
OPTIONAL INSURANCE
Cancer plans, Short Term/Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, and Accidental Insurance is available.
KPERS RETIREMENT
After twelve months of employment, employees are eligible to participate in KPERS. This includes an automatic life insurance and disability insurance plan.
TAX DEFERRED ANNUITY
A Tax Deferred Annuity is an investment plan where employees can defer the payment of Federal Income Tax on the portion of their earnings.
PAID TIME OFF
All regular full-time and regular part-time employees will begin accruing hours toward their active PTO with their first day of employment. PTO hours are based on hours worked, PTO, Directed Time Off, Paid Sick Time and bereavement leave hours.
TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
Available after one continuous year of service, CRMC will reimburse 75% of tuition costs.
EMPLOYEE WELLNESS
Wellness screening offered annually for employee and family. Some tests require nominal fee. Vaccinations are offered to employee dependent children at the local health department. CRMC will pay the bill.
