A - Although CRMC tries to do prior authorizations on as many services as possible, it is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to get prior authorization for services.
Q-If I'm admitted does the hospital call my insurance company?
A - CRMC's case management Department works with many insurance companies to verify coverage and authorizations required by your insurance company. It is recommended that you contact your company to be assured of full coverage for your
services.
Q-Will I get an itemized statement in the mail?
A - We will mail you a statement, but it is not itemized. To request an itemized statement, call 620-252-1528.
