Items for Checking In

When checking in to CRMC as a patient, please bring any of the following you may have to speed up your admission process:  Insurance card(s), and photo ID.

Calling a Patient's Room

All patients rooms can be directly dialed if you know the room number. Dial 252-2 plus the room number.  Our area code is 620.

Family Guest Trays

Meals can be provided for patient's guests at a nominal charge which is due upon delivery of the tray.  Patients are limited to two guest trays at each meal.  Parents of pediatric patients are allowed one free guest tray at each meal.  Guest trays are delivered the same time as patient meals and should be ordered at least one hour before meal time.  Please contact your nurse to order one.

Tobacco Restrictions

As part of our commitment to providing a healthy environment, and in accordance with state law, CRMC is a tobacco-free facility and campus.  Please help us maintain this environment, and the appearance of our Hospital, by not smoking anywhere in the hospital or grounds.  Hospital patients may request their physician to prescribe smoking cessation aids.
